Manage your photos on your Windows PC with Google Photos. Google Photos is a free app for the Windows which helps you to organize your photos for easy retrieval and storage. All the photos are put in just one place and save all your photos. Then the app organizes these and put them into smart albums that's easily searchable and shareable. Photos for Mac stores your images in a dedicated library file, which can pose a problem when needing to deal with individual files. You can easily export images from Photos for Mac by way of dragging, but know that the app’s changed its export behavior since its initial release. Download this app from Microsoft Store for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 10 Team (Surface Hub), HoloLens, Xbox One. I recently received a notice to update iPhoto on my Mac (Yosemite, version 10.10.5). The link took me to the message 'This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled'. Then I opened the iPhoto app [already cancelled by Apple] which took me to a text box that stated 'In order to open iPhoto you need to update to the latest version - the version of iPhoto installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X Yosemite - download the latest version for free from the Mac App Store.' I clicked the link and was taken to the message 'The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store'. Can anyone direct me to a place where I can download iPhoto's upgrade/replacement - the Photo app for Mac OS X Yosemite? Many thanks.
